Reading Themes by Anna and Vivian

Here is a book I wrote called
The Sleepover. The theme in this book is courage because the girl in this book has courage to go to her first sleepover. Most common themes in stories are courage, dreams, kindness, fears, peace, honesty, friendship and honesty. Some authors want you to learn from the story. After you read the story ask yourself….

-What did the characters learn?
-How did the characters grow or change?
-Why did the characters act this way?
Read a book and try to figure out the theme. Leave a comment on the blog!
