Thank you so much Mrs Avnor's Class for inviting Year 4 to join you all on Padlet. The children really enjoyed sharing their predictions about their new class reading book, The Year of Billy Miller.

I can also tell you that before the children went home this afternoon, we read the first chapter of the book.

They also placed new posts on our blog, yesterday, to share their initial thoughts about participating in the Global Read Aloud. We would love to see you over there; you are all most welcome to visit.

Oh yes, before I forget - The children began our afternoon using Google Maps and searched for your school and were really excited when they discovered that you were in the USA!

Once again, thank you Mrs Avnor and your lovely class, we are so looking forward to working with you again during the Global Read Aloud
