Strings was so fun! Mr. Bradly is one of the music teachers here at Sorrento Springs. He played the violin, the viola, the cello and the bass. It was so much fun! We have strings every Tuesday and Friday. 3rd grade will be learning the violin.

At recess we play on the swings. It's very fun. We also play basketball and soccer. We run around and play 4 square.

We could make whatever we wanted. We made wands! The activity was done on the 1st day of school! We were working with Kenlin, Artem, Austin, and me. We're hoping this will inspire. We voted for a thing to make! There was a Notebook man, Notebook, Wands for your siblings, and ramen noodles in a bowl then….. It was a tie! So we asked Lily if she voted for the wand! Endangered Animals by Kayla, Charlie and Will
In class we have been studying about endangered animals. We’ve been reading about them and writing about them on jamboard. We’ve been studying hard about endangered animals. We looked for information on the World Wildlife Foundation! We’ve been working successfully and are hoping to share it with you! Kayla Is studying about Arctic foxes. Charlie is studying about Black footed ferrets. Will is studying about White rhinos. Ecosystems by Solomon, Gavin and Mason We have been learning about animals and ecosystems. An organism is a single living thing. A population is a group of the same species. A community is a group of different species living together. An ecosystem is a group of community and nonliving things. Endangered Animals by Sureen,Iniya and Austin This week our class researched about endangered animals. We made a jamboard about our animal for two weeks. Sureen is doing the Siberian Tiger and Austin is doing the Whale Shark and Iniya is doing Giant Pandas.Sureen learned that Tigers can see five times better than people. Iniya learned that Giant Pandas eat 85 pounds of bamboo a day. Austin learned that the Whale Shark is as long as a school bus. I love the zoo so much! My favorite animals are the hippos. The zoo has lots of cool animals! I really had a lot of fun! Hope you have fun at the zoo!
