Today we went on a field trip to Claire Gempp Davidson memorial conservation site with the mosaic teacher. We saw a dead squirrel at the prairie. A turtle at the forest. We saw a mother goose and a father goose and their four BABIES at the pond. Over 100 years ago the conservation center was a dairy farm and we found the steps to the barn and the bench and the entrance. It was between 59 through 70 degrees and then at the very end it was 72 degrees and the water at the pond was 62 degrees. We saw an egg on a litte island at the pond. In the pond we saw goldfish. Also we saw fungus and worms and ants and spiders. We had the best field trip EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
